How to request a refund

Reply to your audit delivery email, or write directly to [email protected] with the subject line "Refund" and your Polar order number. We will initiate the refund within 2 business days.

Processing time

Refunds are processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Once initiated, the amount typically appears back on your card within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens to your report

After a refund, your license to the report is revoked. You are asked to delete any copies you have. In practice, the information in the report is yours to act on — we will not pursue this for honest buyers.

Edge cases

• Site could not be audited: If your site blocks crawlers, is offline, or is otherwise unreadable at the time of audit, we will contact you. You can either switch to a different URL or take a full immediate refund.
• Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchased twice, email us and we will refund one of the orders immediately.
• Outside the 30-day window: Refunds outside 30 days are considered on a case-by-case basis. Email us and we will be fair.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before issuing a chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues faster than your bank can, and chargebacks are expensive for small businesses. We will always honor a good-faith refund request.
